Please give us some time to process your returns. This usually takes 3-7 days, but maximum 28. You will not receive an automated email after we receive your return, but we will take care of it as soon as possible.

We do not offer clothing exchanges at this time. This means you can’t exchange a M-Size T-shirt for a L-Size T-shirt, for example.

We are sorry if you received an incorrect oder damaged order. This happens to us extremely rarely, but it can happen. In this case please contact our support team by email: [email protected]

We will of course cover the return shipping costs (you will be refunded the shipping costs paid together with your refund).

This can happen and is common for us as we currently have our goods located in 3 warehouses in Europe. Should warehouse A not have product X, it will be shipped from warehouse B. Please be patient for a few more days! If your shipment does not arrive within our prescribed delivery time (see Shipping Info), please contact our support team.

Millions of garments are returned every day, sometimes because many fashion brands offer free return shipping and people order more than they really want/need. Besides, we prefer to use the money we save from free returns for new, promising projects that have a good impact on the world.
