We want to provide an easy return. However, currently we cannot cover the return shipping cost. If you have any further questions, please contact us. You can find out everything else on this page.
How the return works
Return Form
Fill out the form (download – return form) and follow the instructions on it.
Pack your parcel
Enclose the return form with your order. We recommend the return as an insured package. Please note that the returned goods must be in perfect and resalable condition. If your package gets lost, we can not pay for it.

The refund
The refund will be made within the next few days after receipt and inspection of the goods. Refund will be made to the payment method you used to order the goods.
Some general information
- We do not offer clothing exchanges at this time. This means you can’t exchange a M-Size T-shirt for a L-Size T-shirt, for example.
- You will get your money back as soon as possible after receiving and inspecting.
- You have to pay the costs for the return shipment yourself.
- We normally process refunds within 7 days of receiving the items back. Please note that this period does not start from the day you return an item to us, as it takes some time for it to reach our warehouse.
